First day of 2020, I am sitting at a book store writing the first blog of the new year.

I am facing the touch career choice — staying in current semiconductor industry as an Engineer or being an Equity Research at a security company in Shenzhen.

I have so many concerns. First, the location, I prefer Shanghai. If the offer is in Shanghai, maybe I wouldn’t think much of it and just go.

Before I got the offer, I am 100% sure that I would go to finance industry. But when it really comes, I found out that it is really difficult to give up all I have now. Do I lack the courage to face new challenge.

For 2020, I have so many wishes. The vitalest one is to meet someone that loves mutually. Dan is one of the good choice, she is kind and smart, I think it works for both of us, however, If I go to Shenzhen, I have no idea what will happen. I also want to keep fit by running, 1000km at the end of the year is my target. Last, reading more and keeping curious, and cherishing the moment.

Easy doesn’t enter into grown-up life.
